Welcome to Maison Supremus Medical. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. No medical advice
Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Customers should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before making healthcare decisions, and always before starting, changing, or stopping any therapy, including CPAP therapy or supplemental oxygen use.

3. Product information and suitability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. Product photography is representative; minor variations in packaging, colour, or included accessories may occur between batches. Some CPAP machines, masks, oxygen concentrators, and monitoring devices are regulated medical devices and carry an ARTG (Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods) number, shown on the relevant product page where applicable.
The Company makes no representation that any product is suitable for a customer's particular medical condition or circumstances. Customers are responsible for ensuring products selected are suitable for their intended use prior to purchase, including checking compatibility with existing equipment and any prescribed therapy settings.
4. Orders, pricing, and availability
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. The Company reserves the right to cancel orders where pricing errors, typographical errors, or system errors have resulted in incorrect pricing being displayed. If we cancel a paid order for this reason, you will receive a full refund.
Product availability is subject to stock levels and supplier availability. The Company reserves the right to cancel orders and provide a refund where products become unavailable, and to limit quantities on any product, particularly PPE and testing consumables during periods of high demand.
An order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout and on the shipping information page are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Returns and refunds
Our full Returns Policy applies to all purchases and is available at our Returns Policy page. For hygiene and infection-control reasons, medical devices, masks, CPAP equipment, respiratory consumables, and other personal-use healthcare products cannot be returned once opened, used, or removed from their original sealed packaging, unless required under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Warranties and Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Customers are entitled to remedies under the Australian Consumer Law where products fail to meet consumer guarantees, and nothing in these Terms attempts to remove those statutory rights.
Where permitted by law, our liability for a breach of a non-excludable guarantee is limited, at our option, to replacement, repair, or resupply of the goods, or the cost of doing so. Manufacturer warranties may apply in addition to your consumer law rights; details are provided with the relevant product where applicable.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's liability arising out of or relating to the supply of products shall be limited to the replacement, repair, or refund of the affected product.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of income, business interruption, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising from your use of this website or our products. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Force majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, industrial disputes, transportation disruptions, cyber incidents, or supplier failures.
11. Intellectual property
All website content, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and graphics, remains the property of the Company and may not be reproduced without written permission.
12. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order will apply to that order.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
